Consider Orientation
Some
photos will look better if you rotate your camera's orientation from
landscape to portrait. Turning the camera by 90 degrees can completely
change the effect a photo has on its viewer.
Which way you hold the camera affects what is
emphasized in your shot. Use a horizontal (landscape) format to show the
dramatic sweep of landscapes. For tall things, a vertical (portrait) format will
emphasize height.
